Green Sea, the first thing pops up in our mind is a sea with greenish water, but it is not even a sea of water but it is a sea of trees, an infinite forest, known very little even to the old.
White Meadow is the last town of the Open Land situated just before the Green Sea. It is quite forested than Open Land. White Meadow is known as The Garden of White Trees 'Sirish', which are worshipped by the people of the town. But a shadow fell upon the town. An unknown disease infected the trees.
The infection also affected the people of the town who are trying to treat the trees. It poisoned them which led many to death. Many of the elders and wise individuals died, Including Ila, the only druid of the town which is great loss of the town.
Ila's grandson Manu been too close her. This tragic incident brought sorrow to him but his friends advised him to not to be sad in these tough times of White Meadow, instead go and see if he could help the town after his grandmothers death. Manu is a 15 year old boy with long hair and intelligent brain. He is kind and cute yet introverted.
He is not in a condition to help anyone, still he accepted his friends advice and went to take a look at infected area. As he passed through that area, the smell of the air made him cover his nose. The whole place is covered in dark mist, the bushes became dry and thorny, all the leaves of the trees are dried up and bark is melting like wax in to dark green slime. The land became barren which never happened in White Meadow. There is no life to be seen in that dark and evil-looking area.
Through the dark mist, he saw a strange figure. The figure has a shape of a person, a little transparent with a faint glow. It seemed known to him, someone from the town, but that person died two days ago. He followed the figure through the dark mist and reached to an open glade, which is surrounded by the infected trees. There is a pond in the middle, it's water is dark and no plants to be seen nearby. There he saw a lot of those figures. Most of them seemed known to him.
While looking at those figures, his eyes stuck to a figure and his face lit up with joy. It is his grandmother standing among those figures. He forgot all the things, he had seen earlier and ran towards her. As he reached near that figure and tried to hug her. He went through that figure and fell on the ground. The joy disappeared from his face and tears dropped from his eyes. He thought that, this is all his illusion.
He is still not recovered from what had happened earlier when he saw his grandmother's figure standing in front of him. Her face looked gloomy and she said, "Are you okay ? My love."
It is surely sad but now he realized that, it is not his grandmother but her spirit. Also all the others are the spirits of the people who died treating the trees.
Ila comforted Manu and said that, she does not have much time left. She said that, White Meadow is in great danger but she can't help him or White Meadow anymore. She gave Manu the responsibility to cure the disease. She instructed Manu to go to village Nemi and show the infected leaf to the druid of village Nemi. Nemi is a village which situated in Green Sea and is not far from White Meadow. White Meadow's residents rarely go to that village and never gone far than that into the Green Sea.
She took farewell by wishing him good fortune and then suddenly she and all the others faded from his vision.
The sun is sinking behind the trees and darkness covering this wicked area far too quickly. He always liked adventures and had a deep urge to explore the Green Sea. But he never imagined that it would happen this way. He had a lot to think before leaving town but, this is not a place to do anything at least not on this time of the day.
He quickly went back to his home. Only Manu and Ila lives in their house as Manu's parents were died when he was 10. But now he also lost his grandmother. When he reached home and opened the door the emptiness to the house filled his eyes with tears, but he remembered himself that his sorrows are nothing in front of the peril which lies on White Meadow.
He decided to leave for Nemi early in the morning. He ate a little food and started packing. He learned a lot of things about adventures from his grandmother but he never been out of the house more than one day and night and it is three days journey to village Nemi from his town on foot. He slept as quickly as he finished packing the essentials.
The next day, he woke up early, packed food and rest of the things, while also written a letter to his friend that he is going to Nemi. He is locking the door when he remembered that he forgot something. He quickly unlocked the door and went to his closet. He picked up a dagger which he got from his grandmother on 12th birthday. It is of an unknown golden metal but strong as steel with a black wooden handle. The handle is curved beautifully yet have a great grip.
He again locked the door while confirming that he had taken all the things needed. It is quite early morning as the sky is still dark. He left the letter on his friend's house door and walked towards the forest. He started his journey from White Meadow with first rays of morning sun.
When the idioticity of a maniac, sounded in my ears & pierced through my mind; It induced a lot of pain, though, it is of a known kind. These people are ungrateful and insensitive, Who are living on pity of God; I can't understand why nature is bearing these, Who are a huge burden even after, being an empty pod. Maybe because they show us, that animals are better than humankind; God bestowed them best eyes, but still they are very blind. There mind filled with filth, there mouth filled with lies; There works full of malice, they like to live in disguise. They labor to pile up pelf till there last breath; They try to fool themselves until they come to death. Now I'm feeling very fortunate, that I like to be alone; Rather being with these people, who are dumber than their phone. But it is not the whole truth in real, that I like to be alone; I just like to have a true & kind & a lively friendzone. No-one is really alone in this world, always surrounded with life; From...
